Our registered Gas Safe engineer can issue the following types of safety certificates:

- CP17 Commercial Gas Safety Certificate (Non-Domestic)

Yes. Any commercial property with a gas meter or which contains equipment connected to the gas network or other gas storage device must by law have a covering commercial gas safety certificate under Regulation (36)(1) of the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations 1998.
Commercial gas safety certificates last for 12 months following issuance.
You need to renew your commercial gas safety certificate every 12 months.
We check all commercial gas appliances installed within your commercial property. We also check the pipework and connections to each commercial gas appliance.
We issue safety certificates to dozens of commercial kitchens every year. If you want uis to inspect your commercial catering establishment, please get in touch with us and we’ll send around an experienced and fully-qualified commercial gas engineer to you.
We understand how important it is for your clients to be able to use their gas equipment. If we can not issue you with a certificate following inspection, we’ll provide you with a set of instructions on what you need to do to receive a pass.
We’ll also provide you with a competitive quote on any work which needs doing before we can issue you your certificate.
In addition to boiler service and boiler repair, we also install new boilers.
You will need a gas interlock or gas proving system in the following circumstances:
- If the appliance has no flame failure device gas proving is a must.
- On installation of a completely new extraction/ventilation canopy
- On installation of a completely new gas pipe work run
- On installation of a completely new cook line or layout
- With any fitting of Category ‘B’ equipment e.g. combination ovens, deep fat fryers, grills, charcoal griddles. This includes replacements to an existing layout
