Why you need an LPG gas safety certificate
If you have an LPG gas boiler connected to any property you rent out to others, you need an LPG gas certificate.
It’s now a legal requirement to renew your LPG gas safety certificate every year to stay compliant with current legislation.
We’re North East Gas, one of the region’s most highly-regarded, fastest-growing, family-run gas specialists. We’re proud of the relationships we’ve built up with landlords and their managing agents over the past 10 years.
We take gas safety seriously so that you and your tenants have the peace of mind you deserve.
As well as checking that your LPG boiler is working properly, we check the gas fire and every gas appliance connected to it as well as the safety devices which control each appliance. We check flues, chimneys, ventilation and oxygen supply as well as your central heating system’s general infrastructure.
All operational safety checks carried out on your boiler, LPG appliances and pipework are recorded in the gas safety certificates we issue to the landlords. How many properties do you have? The more properties you instruct us to carry out gas safety checks on, the more competitive our prices are and they’re already competitive.
